All entries must be submitted together with a clear photograph of the vehicle. Entrants must include a brief history of their vehicle. PHOTOGRAPHS WILL NOT BE RETURNED. The undersigned hereby releases the San Marino Motor Classic, Pasadena Humane, Cancer Support Community San Gabriel Valley, Give Mentor Love, Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, Rotary Club of San Marino, San Marino Rotary Charities and the City of San Marino, its volunteers, employees, committee, staff, sponsors, ownership and all other participants from any and all loss, liability or damage, including claims of negligence arising from said events to be held on August 23, 2025 and August 24, 2025. The undersigned further agrees to give permission to the San Marino Motor Classic, Pasadena Humane Society, Cancer Support Community Pasadena, Rotary Club of San Marino, San Marino Rotary Charities and the City of San Marino for the use of any and all photographs or other images taken during said events without restriction or compensation. I have read the above and accept the terms and conditions.
I understand that have applied for the San Marino Motor Classic, and that my vehicle has been registered but has yet to be accepted by our selection committee.
I understand there are no refunds for any reason.
I understand that cars that have been modified will not be accepted unless so indicated in the Class Description.
I, the Exhibitor, hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the San Marino Motor Classic and The City of San Marino their officers and agents (all hereinafter referred to as the “SMMC”) harmless from any loss, liability, costs, attorneys’ fees, or damages arising from actual or threatened claims or causes of action resulting from the negligence or intentional actions of the SMMC or the Exhibitor, or each’s respective officers, contractors, members, guests, volunteers, or participants, including any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising from or relating to this Release and/or the SMMC shall, at the option of the San Marino Motor Classic, be settled through nonbinding mediation or binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or through an action brought in any court of competent jurisdiction. In connection with any such mediation, arbitration or court action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. THE EXHIBITOR EXPRESSLY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. The Exhibitor gives permission to the San Marino Motor Classic for the use of any photographs and information supplied by the Exhibitor, and to take any photographs of me and my property and to use such photographs or information with or without my name. I authorize the San Marino Motor Classic, its assigns and agents to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I have read the above and accept the terms and conditions.
